Radhe Exchange Deposit Pending or Withdrawal Stuck? Do This

Updated 18 September 2026 - Radhe Exchange Team - For adults 18+ only

You paid, the bank app says "successful", and the exchange balance has not moved. It is the most stressful ten minutes in online betting, and it is nearly always a matching delay rather than lost money. This page explains what is happening behind the screen, how long you should honestly wait, and exactly what to send so the payment is found the first time.

For the normal step-by-step process, see deposits and withdrawals. This page is only for when something has gone wrong.

How long is normal?

TransactionUsual timeBusy match dayChase it after
UPI deposit5-15 minup to 30 min1 hour
Bank transfer (IMPS)15-30 minup to 1 hour2 hours
Withdrawal to bank30 min - 2 hoursup to 6 hours24 hours
Bank reversal of a failed UPI3-5 working days-7 working days

These are working figures, not promises. Late night and the first innings of an IPL game are the slowest windows because everyone deposits at once.

Why a deposit sits on "pending"

A deposit is not automatic. You pay to a UPI ID, then a person on the accounts desk matches your payment against the bank statement and credits the ID. Anything that makes matching harder slows it down:

  • No UTR sent. A screenshot alone can be matched, but the twelve-digit UTR is what gets searched. Without it your payment waits in the manual pile.
  • Paid to an old UPI ID. Payment details are rotated. If you reused last week's ID from your UPI app history, the money went to an account that is no longer being watched. It can still be traced - it just takes longer.
  • Amount does not match. You told the agent 1,000 and sent 1,500. The desk is looking for the wrong figure.
  • Paid from someone else's account. A payment from a friend's UPI does not carry your name, so nothing links it to your ID.
  • Bank-side delay. Sometimes the debit shows on your side before the credit lands on ours. UPI settles it or reverses it on its own.

What to do, in order

  1. Wait fifteen minutes. Most "pending" cases clear themselves in that time.
  2. Find the UTR. In GPay, PhonePe or Paytm open the transaction; it is listed as UTR or UPI Ref No.
  3. Send one clear message: username, amount, UTR, time of payment and the screenshot. One message, not five - repeated messages push you down the chat queue.
  4. Do not pay again to "test" it. Two unmatched payments are harder to sort than one.
  5. After an hour, ask the agent to confirm which UPI ID the payment reached. If it was an old one, they will escalate it to accounts.

When a withdrawal is stuck

Withdrawals are slower by design, because someone checks the request before money leaves. The things that hold one up are predictable. The bank account name must match the name on the ID. If you took a bonus, its wagering has to be finished first - the terms are on the bonus page. And one wrong digit in the account number or IFSC will bounce the transfer, which then has to come back before it can be resent.

If the exchange shows the withdrawal as "completed" and your bank shows nothing after a few hours, ask support for the payout UTR. With that number your own bank can tell you where the money is.

Keeping yourself safe while you wait

Stuck payments attract scammers. Search results and Telegram groups are full of "support" numbers that offer to release your money for a fee or ask for an OTP. No real agent needs your UPI PIN, an OTP or an "unlock charge". Use only the WhatsApp button on this site. And if a delayed payment is making you want to deposit more to win it back, that is the moment to stop for the day - our responsible gaming page has limits you can set.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a Radhe Exchange deposit normally take?

A UPI deposit is usually credited within five to fifteen minutes of you sending the screenshot and UTR. During a big match the queue is longer and thirty minutes is not unusual. Beyond an hour, something needs checking.

My bank shows the money as debited but my balance is zero. Is it lost?

No. A debited UPI payment always has a twelve-digit UTR, and with that number it can be traced to the receiving account. Either it is matched and credited, or the bank reverses it, normally within three to five working days.

Why was my withdrawal rejected?

The common reasons are a bank account name that does not match the ID holder, an active bonus with unfinished wagering, or an IFSC typed wrongly. A rejected withdrawal goes back to your exchange balance; it does not disappear.

Can I cancel a pending withdrawal?

Usually yes, if it has not been processed yet. Message support quickly. Once it has been sent to the bank it cannot be pulled back.

Someone on Telegram says they can release my stuck deposit for a fee. Should I pay?

No. Nobody genuine charges a fee to credit your own money. Deal only with the WhatsApp number shown on this site and never share an OTP or UPI PIN.

Payment Still Not Showing?

Send the UTR number and a screenshot on WhatsApp and we will trace it. 18+ only - bet only what you can afford to lose.
