Radhe Exchange Login Not Working? 8 Fixes to Try First
Updated 18 September 2026 - Radhe Exchange Team - For adults 18+ only
Most login trouble has nothing to do with your account. It is the phone, the network or a saved password that is one character out. We went through the questions that reach our WhatsApp desk in a normal match week and the same eight problems cover nearly all of them. They are listed below in the order you should try them - quickest first.
If you do not have an ID yet, this page is not for you; start with registration. If you just want the normal sign-in steps, they are on the Radhe Exchange login page.
Find your problem in the table
| What you see | Likely cause | Jump to |
|---|---|---|
| "Invalid username or password" | Typing slip or old saved password | Fix 1, 2 |
| Page keeps loading / white screen | Network block or stale cache | Fix 3, 4 |
| "Site can't be reached" | Old link or ISP block | Fix 3, 5 |
| Logged out again and again | Second device on the same ID | Fix 6 |
| "Account locked / suspended" | Too many wrong attempts | Fix 7 |
| App opens, then closes | Outdated APK | Fix 8 |
Fix 1: Type the password where you can see it
Phone keyboards capitalise the first letter and autofill adds a space at the end. You cannot see either behind the dots. Open your notes app, type the password there, check it against the message you were sent, then copy and paste it into the login box. Watch for the usual look-alikes: capital O and zero, small l and capital I.
Fix 2: Delete the saved password
If support reset your password last month and Chrome is still offering the old one, you will fail every time without typing a thing. In Chrome go to Settings > Password Manager, search for the site, delete the entry and sign in by hand once. Let the browser save the new one.
Fix 3: Change the network before anything else
This is the one people skip. A page that hangs on mobile data will often open immediately on home Wi-Fi, or the other way round, because blocks are applied network by network. Turn Wi-Fi off and try on data, or borrow a hotspot for thirty seconds. If the page opens, you have your answer and nothing is wrong with the ID.
Fix 4: Clear the site data, not the whole browser
A half-loaded page from yesterday can stick. In Chrome tap the padlock beside the address > Site settings > Clear & reset. That wipes cookies for this one site only, so you are not signed out of everything else. Reload and try again.
Fix 5: Make sure the link is current
Login links change. A bookmark from the last IPL may simply be dead, and search results are full of look-alike pages built to collect passwords. If the address looks unfamiliar or the page asks for an OTP it never asked for before, close it. Ask us on WhatsApp for the working link - it takes a minute and costs nothing.
Fix 6: One ID, one device at a time
Signing in on a second phone ends the session on the first. If a friend or family member has your details, that is what is kicking you out mid-over. And if nobody should have them, treat it as a warning: change the password now and tell support.
Fix 7: Locked ID - stop trying
After several wrong attempts the ID freezes. More attempts do not help and can lengthen the lock. Message support with your username only. Once they confirm it is you, the lock is lifted and a fresh password is sent; your balance and open bets are not touched by a lock.
Fix 8: Update or reinstall the app
An APK from months ago may no longer talk to the server. Uninstall it, download the current file using our app download guide, and sign in again. Your ID lives on the server, not in the app, so nothing is lost by reinstalling. In the meantime the mobile browser works just as well.
What to send support so it is fixed in one message
- Your username (never the password)
- A screenshot of the exact error
- Your network: Jio, Airtel, Vi or Wi-Fi
- Whether you are on the app or the browser
With those four things an agent rarely needs to ask a follow-up question.
Frequently asked questions
Why does Radhe Exchange say my password is wrong when I know it is right?
Nine times out of ten it is the keyboard: auto-capitalised first letter, a trailing space from autofill, or the letter O typed as a zero. Type the password into your notes app first so you can see it, then copy it across. If it still fails, ask support for a reset rather than guessing - repeated wrong attempts lock the ID.
How many wrong attempts before my ID gets locked?
It varies, but assume three to five. After that the ID is frozen for your own safety and only support can release it. Stop after the second failed try and ask for a reset instead.
The login page is not opening at all. Is the site down?
Usually not. Betting domains are often blocked by individual mobile networks, so the page may fail on Jio and open instantly on Wi-Fi or Airtel. Switch network first. If it fails everywhere, message support and ask for the current working link.
Can I log in on two phones at the same time?
You can sign in from different devices, but not at the same moment. A second login ends the first session. If you keep getting logged out in the middle of a match, someone else may be using your ID - change the password straight away.
Is it safe to share my password with support to fix a login issue?
No. A genuine agent only needs your username. Anyone asking for your password or an OTP is not from our team, whatever their display picture says.
